Please include as much information as possible in this section.  If you do not have all of the information available at this time we will be able to complete any unknowns at a later time.   The primary contact person will control access to the restricted “members area” which includes numerous resources for your campaigns.  The email and password used here will provide access to that area.

 

All new organizations must be approved for participation with the Charity Club Mall system. This is intended to protect our participants, their supporters and all who utilize this system.  We reserve the right to approve all organizations although this is not usually an issue.  It will only take a few days after submission, to complete the approval cycle.  Please be sure we have the proper contact information to ensure we can contact you or the organization.
