Merchant Related Terms and Conditions

Each merchant pays cash rewards depending on total volume during the period.  Besides the cash rewards related to total sales volumes, many merchants pay additional rewards one time actions.  Depending on the merchant there may be other unique circumstances that must be considered.  This page lists those policies and considerations.

Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item any contribution you earned from the purchase will be reversed. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, a new contribution is not earned. To earn a new contribution you would need to cancel the order, obtain a refund and then reorder the items through CharityClubMall.com.

CharityClubMall.com™ can’t pay rebates for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift cards or certificates. Nor can we pay rebates for the purchase of gift certificates or gift cards, with the exception of gift cards purchased from Home Depot.
