Pricing
Charity Club Mall is a service company primarily dedicated to providing money raising services to churches, schools, clubs and other community organizations through more modern mechanisms than the traditional money-raising systems. These systems are intended to be safer, less embarrassing, and more convenient to all involved while making the experience rewarding and fun for all involved.

Charity Club Mall provides a specific system to recruit sponsors to assist their friends and relatives in their organizational endeavors.

This internet storefront, CharityClubMall.com is provided primarily as a mechanism for offering Charity, School, and Club Sponsorship opportunities. The storefront being dedicated to the Charity Club Mall – money raising system is not intended to be a general purpose storefront, but a very specific sponsor collection point for contributions and option selection.

With respect to items sold by Charity Club Mall and CharityClubMall.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in a catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, the resolution of the pricing will follow the rules of the supplying organization.

Organization Acceptance Policy
Organizations may sign up for participation with CharityClubMall, but all participation must be approved for inclusion in the program.

CharityClubMall.com, Charity Club Mall, and Ten Dimensions LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas.  Sales Taxes will be applicable to the specific retail outlet being utilized and the local laws in place at the time of purchase.  Please refer to the local retailers Sales Tax policy.

Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support of an item purchased should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against CharityClubMall.com, Charity Club Mall, and Ten Dimensions LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
